Charlotte Pendragon
Charlotte Pendragon is the most honored woman in the history of magic. Magicians say, “She can perform illusions no one else can.” for this reason she was the first woman to receive the “ Magician of the Year” award from the Academy of Magical Arts. she was the first woman to be admitted into England’s famed magic Circle, amazing because she is an American and because no woman had ever received this honor in 100 plus years of the organization. She is the youngest woman to ever receive the “Performing Fellowship” from Hollywood’s famed Magic Castle.

A graduate of the University of California at Irvine, Charlotte studied ballet under the legendary choreographer Eugene Loring. A world-class competitive swimmer, Charlotte also trained in gymnastics and bodybuilding. After graduation Charlotte became part of the physical fitness culture. With her incredible shape and classic beauty, Charlotte was a favorite model of publisher Joe Weider’s fitness magazines. One article on her is titled "The Perfect body”. Later she studied pilates and weight training. This led to national titles as female physique champion. She is recognized by Muscle and Fitness writer and editor, Bill Dobbins, as one of the sport's founding champions. Charlotte balances her training in dance and physical fitness to create an aesthetic performance of a character that looks, moves and acts like a supernatural being.

Her performance also includes her skill as a abstract artist. Onstage she combines her artistry and magic by creating a painting that visually depicts an emotion thought of by an audience member, even though the volunteer says nothing to anyone. The painting is given to the audience member as something to remember the performance by, as if that was really necessary. Her paintings have become so popular that they can be found in galleries. Charlotte is almost impossible to forget.
