Dear Fellow Magician,
I've been a student of magic for my entire life. I've studied with some of the best magicians in the world and learned from the greatest magical thinkers throughout history. When I was young, searching for magic was like looking for a lost treasure. I'd scour books and listen attentively while more experienced performers told their stories. I had great role models and teachers, but even so the journey was never easy.
Today, the challenge is different. The information age has flooded the world with so-called magical secrets. The problem today is that finding the good stuff is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It's not so much that a particular trick is necessarily bad, but the real secrets lie in how to perform the trick or illusion and make it entertaining and perhaps different from how it's been seen before! The people who are trying to make a few bucks selling banner ads or stroking their own egos while giving you a few "secrets" that they never earned don't really care if you ever learn magic or not. I do care.
That's why I'm partnering with my Friends at The Village Wizard in Cambria, CA. Rick Bruce, The Village Wizard himself, is passionate about helping people learn to perform.
